SEASONAL AVAILABILITY – Bare Root plants are supplied from late November until Spring the following year.
CHARACTERISTICS – Prunus Rotundifolia is known for it’s bright green evergreen foliage and white flowers.
HEIGHT AND SPREAD – Supplied in their dormant state, Prunus grows at 1-2ft per year and can reach up to 5m+ at full maturity, but can be pruned to a relatively low form of 1m if required.
PLANTING TIPS – Bare-Root hedging is typically planted in a double staggered row of 5 plants per metre. Evergreen plants are generally planted to less density than deciduous plants, such is the nature of their dense foliage.
